A Transpersonal Weekend
August 4-6, 2007

Empty Hand
A program of the Transpersonal Therapy Centre

Description Over the August long weekend we invite people to attend the second annual Transpersonal Weekend in Bethany (1.5 hours NE of Toronto). Participants are encouraged to bring their transpersonal talents to this weekend and if interested offer to lead an activity during the weekend. The following activities were offered last year: breathwork, sand-tray, body painting, yoga, meditation, group collage, aromatherapy, dancing and drumming. Bethany is a beautiful farming community near Toronto with beautiful natural scenery. Participants are invited to camp on the property or there are a few bed and breakfast places in the area.

What is a Transpersonal Activity? Transpersonal activities have to do with ultimate values, unitive consciousness, peak experiences, ecstasy, mystical experiences, essence, bliss, awe, wonder, self-actualization, ultimate meaning, transcendence of self, spirit, sacralization of everyday life, relationship, responsiveness and expression.

Where and When? Saturday August 4th, 11am, ends Monday August 6th at 12 noon. Bethany, ON

Cost: Donation. Potluck Food.

What to bring? Participants are encouraged to bring art supplies and percussion instruments. For activity leaders, please bring materials for a small group. Potluck food. Call if you have ride to offer or need a ride.

Contact Us - For registration (by July 31st), questions or if you want to lead an activity, contact Sue MacRae at 416 786-8043 or email emptyhand@transpersonalcanada.com
